Prior to joining OAC in 2019, Clement was Compliance Officer at Clairmont Trust Company Limited. From 2013 to 2018, Clement was Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer at CBH (Bahamas) Ltd, a subsidiary of Compagnie Bancaire Helvetique SA (Geneva, Switzerland). Previously, he was employed with the Government of the Bahamas' Department of Immigration where he served as an Immigration Officer for five years in many roles. Among them, Clement worked in the Office of the Directorate and Acting Secretary to the Immigration Board. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Florida Memorial University (2005), Diploma, Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering from International Compliance Association (In association with Manchester School of Business, UK) (2010) and Diploma, International Trust Management from Central Law Training Intl., Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Clement is an Associate, Bahamas Institute of Financial Services (ABIFS), Professional, Bahamas Association of Compliance Officers (BACO) and Member, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners - Bahamas Chapter (STEP).
